I was intending to wake up at 5am to do some research before meeting Siva and Esther and to get my plant physio lab report started.
Too tired from the recce last night, I snoozed the alarm from 5 to 6, body heavy from exhaustion and refusing to roll off the bed.
Suddenly at 6am, I heard a very low, distinct and coarse voice called out right in my face "Teng", which sounded very mispronounced. I open my eyes, in shock and wide awake, and around me still in darkness.. I know someone/something kindly woke me up, but I was too tired and decided to continue sleeping.
Was slightly scared, but I thought it was quite sweet =)
